On June 1, 2010 our two year old, "Little Air Bear," was diagnosed with Childhood Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Type M7. After enduring 146 days at Primary Children's Hospital, Erin is now in remission and living a full life at home with our family. Her strong will and constant happy smile is an inspiration to us all. Through our difficult circumstances we found great strength and peace in our Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you for checking in on us.

Dolly Gets Sick

You know cancer has changed things when your 5 and 3 year old girls are playing dolls in the room next door and you hear a conversation like this:

5 year old, "is your baby sick?"

3 year old, "yes, she has leukemia."  Then you hear your 3 year old making pretend throwing up sounds.

  2. Oh Jill, isn't it crazy all they pick up on. Just today Faye was playing like she was at the hospital...(in the hospital) and just had a baby, she said "I am going to call the doctor to see if I can go home" she call the doctor and says "hello doctor, can I go home? Oh good, no I won't get any fevers at home, okay good bye!". Too funny! Cant wait to meet you and your family one day, I think our girls will bee good friends!
